1922, registered cover from Moscow to Boston, sent on October 25 (in the day of postal rate changed from 90rub to 150rub for registered foreign letter), franked by 5k claret in block of 25, strip of three (all on reverse) and a pair, met exact postal rate of 150rub (1.50r x100), Boston "Nov.12.1922" arrival ds on reverse, mostly VF and a real godsend for Russian rate connoisseur
