High Potential Zemstvo Collection

1868-1919, 1421 different stamps, approximately 50% of which are mint with some never hinged, representing items from over 140 districts, housed in a large stockbook by alphabetical order, highlights included many scarce items including proofs and printing varieties. Small usual flaws could be found, but generally fresh, mostly F/VF or better, Chuchin C.v. 930rub.
