1918, several hundred mint (80%) and used stamps in mounts on exhibition style pages, including all issued stamps, "key" values are expertized, several large blocks and four panes of 25, showing different varieties of overprints and surcharges, as well as forgeries (marked as such), three postcards and one cover; in addition one page contains Corps Revenue stamps. Minor flaws are possible, but in general clean and nice lot, full OG, with many NH stamps, F/VF. Two small handbook-monographs are included
