Extremely Valuable and Powerful Collection of Zemstvo Official Labels

1870-1910's, 270 labels and zemstvo seal imprints, which were used for free-frank delivery of official zemstvo correspondences, as well as four free-frank covers, representing 142 various zemstvo districts, neatly identified on stockpages and housed in three-ring binder. Approximately 70% of presented districts had never issued stamps for postal needs and such labels were the only philatelic production in these districts. Minor flaws should be expected, generally nice and definitely collectable condition, F/VF
