1890-1920, 15 mostly used stamps, including ten resident permit, one Consular stamp with Montevideo cancel, Control stamp of 5r with inverted background and three South Russia revenue stamps, minor flaws possible, mainly F/VF
1916, reverse part of an envelope from Petrograd to London, bearing four St. Eugene Society charity labels of 1k-10k, label of 1k "For Soldiers and their Families" and World War I postal charity stamp of 5+1k, censorship and interesting "Delay" cachet, vertical fold did not detract, F/VF (please note this item is not a complete cover)
