1923, typo "Star" surcharge 40r on 15k brownish lilac and blue, basic stamp is re-issue of 1919 (enlarged frame, white line all around center, narrow space between stamps), imperforated block of 15 (3x5), used together with ten stamps of soldier 70r violet on reverse of registered pre-printed cover from Moscow to Paris, all appropriate markings, mostly VF and really rare mailing
