1863-1900?s, over 120 complete tax bands for cigars, cigarettes, snuff and chewing tobacco, as well as two of each for matches and wine and one strip for yeast, arranged and profusely described on four large stands (36'x46') and four stockpages, including 66 strips overprinted 'Obrazets' or 'Specimen', some se-tenant blocks of three or four of different denominations, double strips for wholesale blocks of pressed tobacco, in addition 13 modern tax stamps for cigarettes, some faults and folds are mentioned for used material, generally nice collectible condition, F/VF or better, Est. $6,000-$8,000
