1919, imperforate 40k red orange and 40k vermilion, both in blocks of 15, 60k red in block of 12, 70k claret on gray and 70k red lilac on white paper (probably plate proof), in blocks of 15 or 12 respectively, perforated 1r in brown orange and imperforate 1r in brown, both in blocks of 15, rows numbered on margins, in addition a single with upside down surcharge (type I) 10,000r/1000r, and two surcharged imperf gutter blocks of 8, all with full OG, NH (two blocks with favor cancellations), mostly VF, Est. $150-$200
