1899-1920, 66 mint stamps, starting with overprints "Kitai" on horizontally laid paper, then set on vertically laid with missing most expensive 10k, 50k and 10r, continues with overprints on stamps printed on wove paper with varnish lines and surcharged sets, including five Harbin values, 8 stamps missing altogether for completion, outstanding quality unit, full OG, apparently all are NH and VF, Scott #1/79, C.v. is close to $850 as hinged (not priced NH), M.
